We're seeking dependable CNC Machinists who take pride in producing quality precision parts and working safely in a team-oriented environment.

What You'll Earn

Position Summary
This position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of CNC machines while maintaining a clean, organized work area. The CNC Machinist will produce precision metal components by performing cutting, drilling, milling, boring, and broaching operations according to work orders and blueprints.

What You'll Do

  • Set up and operate CNC equipment to produce precision components
  • Check dimensions and materials to ensure parts meet specifications
  • Monitor feed rates and speeds during machining
  • Perform secondary operations as needed
  • Complete accurate production paperwork
  • Use tooling responsibly and efficiently
  • Communicate machine or quality concerns to Lead or Set-Up Machinist
  • Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements (safety glasses, steel-toed boots, hearing protection as required)

What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of CNC machine operations
  • Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
  • Professional communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to read and understand G-Code
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with set-ups and offsets

Physical Requirements

  • Manufacturing environment
  • Ability to lift and handle materials up to 70 lbs
  • Must wear required PPE
