If you thrive in a high-precision environment and have experience with 4-axis horizontal mills and/or lathe/mill-turn machines, we want to meet you!

Shift: Monday-Thursday 3:30PM-2:00AM - 10% shift differential

What You'll Do

  • Run CNC equipment including lathes, mill-turn, 3/4/5-axis mills
  • Set up, load parts, prove programs, adjust offsets, and perform edits
  • Read and interpret complex blueprints, GD&T, and specifications
  • Inspect work using precision measurement tools and make corrections as needed
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas and perform basic machine PM
  • Collaborate with supervisors, engineering, maintenance, and quality teams

What You Bring
  • HS diploma/GED; machining training or 2+ years CNC experience
  • Experience machining medium-to-high complexity parts
  • Strong blueprint reading and GD&T understanding
  • Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, indicators; CMM experience a plus
  • Ability to follow instructions, adapt to change, and run multiple machines
  • Solid math skills and knowledge of tooling, fixtures, and cutting strategies
