We are looking for highly motivated and well-spoken individuals to join our sales team by adding Inside Sales Representatives. This person will be responsible for growing our channel partners and supporting our Regional Sales Managers in their territories.
As a successful Inside Sales Representative, you should be able to build an instant rapport, have a competitive growth mindset, and be a good listener to achieve customer satisfaction.
Manage and grow an existing customer base of channel partners, by increasing share of wallet, as well as, adding new channel partners.
· Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, taking inbound calls and following up on leads.
· Comfortable talking with prospects and internal/external customers and building relationships. Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment while providing Heroic customer service and driving revenue.
· Following up on quotes, updating CRM, closing sales and achieving sales targets.
High school diploma/GED Required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
· Previous sales and account management experience is preferred.
· Salesforce.com and other CRM experience is a plus but can be trained.
· Exceptional customer service skills.
· Strong listening and sales skills.

The pay for this opportunity is $24.00 - $27.00 per hour. In addition, this position is eligible for an on-target commission of about $4,000 annually.
