KRS Property Management is seeking a reliable and experienced Property Maintenance Technician/Handyman to perform repairs and maintenance at residential rental properties throughout Baltimore County, Baltimore City, and surrounding areas.

Note: This position is for our affiliated property management company. Applications are being managed through our contracting division’s hiring account, which is why a different company logo may appear on the posting.

Responsibilities

Complete residential maintenance work orders independently Perform painting, drywall repairs, caulking, and touch-up work Handle minor plumbing and electrical repairs Repair doors, locks, trim, cabinets, and other carpentry items Assist with turnovers and rental-ready punch lists Troubleshoot appliances and coordinate vendors when needed Document completed work with photos and notes Communicate professionally with tenants and office staff Respond to occasional emergency maintenance calls

Qualifications

Prior handyman, maintenance, or construction experience preferred Experience with drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required Basic tools preferred Comfortable using a smartphone for work order updates Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Compensation & Benefits
