Allied Maker is seeking a dedicated Lighting Technician responsible for the precise assembly of lighting fixtures, ensuring each product meets quality, functional, and aesthetic standards before shipment. This hands-on production position requires consistency, care, and process discipline to succeed.
Responsibilities
Assemble lighting fixtures from components and sub-assemblies
Perform basic electrical wiring following diagrams and instructions
Install hardware, sockets, and structural elements accurately
Inspect work for alignment, function, and finish quality
Identify and flag issues before they move downstream
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
Qualifications
Background in engineering, trade school, or hands-on technical work
Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or assembly
Strong personal inclination toward building, fixing, or working with mechanical/electrical systems
Attention to detail and process discipline
Manual dexterity and quality ownership
Reliability, focus, and receptiveness to feedback
