Minimum Requirements Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college. Active Ohio COTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred. Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and follow OTA direction from supervising OTR.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior travel COTA experience preferred. Experience with ADL retraining, adaptive equipment, and restorative programs preferred.
Assignment Details
Shift Hours: 0830-1630. Work Pattern: Five 8-hour shifts per week.
