You’ll handle a variety of jobs across key trades while providing strong customer service and problem-solving on site. Proper Equipment: Not necessarily having every tool, but knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks.
Troubleshooting Skills: Must be a quick thinker, able to examine issues and resolve them in a prompt and professional manner.
Excellent Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers.
