Business Hours: Monday- Friday, 8 a.m.-Glaz-Tech Industries is a wholesale manufacturer and supplier of residential, commercial, & specialty glass with locations across 7 states. We offer the broadest product line in the flat glass industry including low-e products, laminated glass, tempered safety glass, tinted glass, reflective glass, and specializes in the manufacture of thermal efficient insulated glass units (Dual Pane Units).

Glaz-Tech is looking for a Customer Service Representative. We are looking for a responsible, adaptable, detailed and self-driven individual as a Customer Service Representative for our facility. The job functions include receiving customer calls, data entry of customer’s orders, and working with supervisor to communicate the most accurate information to any customer inquiries or pick-ups.
The Customer Service Representative must possess strong customer service skills and professionalism as they will be working directly with Glaz-Tech customers over the phone and in person on a daily basis.
Training on glass material will be provided.
Answering customer calls and being engaged with customers to understand their glass needs
Following-up with customers on the status of their purchase
Potential to make sales calls to prospective and existing customers
Must possess strong computer and typing abilities
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Must be 18 years or older
High School Diploma or equivalent
2 years of Customer Service Experience
