Dermatologist role with the Southeast Louisiana VA Health Care Network in New Orleans, delivering high-volume inpatient and outpatient dermatologic care plus tele-dermatology. You'll also supervise/teach residents and students and can engage in clinical/translation research with Tulane and LSU. Key Responsibilities
Typical shift M-F, 8:00am-4:30pm, Inpatient consults nights, weekends, and potentially from home (one call); evenly distributed amongst all academic facultyProvide high-quality dermatologic care in high-volume inpatient and outpatient settings
Opportunity to provide virtual care in tele-dermatology consultation hub
Supervising, teaching, and mentoring residents and medical students
Perform clinical and translation research in conjunction with Tulane and LSU Schools of Medicine
Limited travel to two clinical locations when necessary
Qualifies for the Education Debt Reduction Program (up to $200K over a 5-year period)

Preferred Experience: Board Certified in Dermatology
Experience working with health professional
Familiarity with a VA and/or academic
