Digital Marketing (Advancement) Associate role supporting a school’s marketing/communications and fundraising operations, reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications and partnering with Development. You’ll run day-to-day digital content (social, email/newsletters, web updates, event promotion) while also handling donor/gift processing and database/financial reconciliation support. the bi-weekly newsletters in Finalsite (website management platform). This includes utilizing Canva and ideating bi-weekly content in partnership with the Director of Marketing and Communications, and writing recaps of school events. Produce graphics and copy for communications and materials for key school events and programs, including but not limited to those involving students, current families, prospective families, and donors. Take photos and videos at key school events for marketing purposes, and produce content for distribution via social media and other channels. Monitor website performance using Google Analytics to identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations for content updates and user experience improvements. org website, including updating outdated pages, and creating new pages as the need arises. Taking direction from the internal stakeholders and with support from the Director of Marketing and Communications, create/design: print & digital advertisements, direct mail, and promotional materials. Partner with external vendors and manage projects in a timely manner. Track donor data across all fundraising efforts Manage all gift processing, solicitation, acknowledgement, and invoicing efforts across campaigns and giving platforms Conduct regular database record maintenance, resolve system problems that may significantly affect business operations, and communicate procedures to ensure proper resolution of system issues Manage financial reconciliation processes such as the month-end close with Business Office and the reconciliation of merchant services accounts associated with online transactions Support the Advancement department and larger school community with other duties as assigned Bachelor's Degree required ~ Experience with graphic design tools for use in digital, print, and website marketing; 2-4 years of experience in managing and maintaining a CRM database preferred. ~ Experience in organic social media marketing; experience with paid advertising preferred.
