Position Title:

Entry Manufacturing Laborer

Pay Rate:

($21.22/hr. up to $26.57/hr.)

New Hires Sign on Bonus, if eligible:

500 after 30 days, 500 after 6 months,

New Hires Retention Bonus, if eligible:

$500 after 1 year

Additional lump sum after 2 years

Hourly Full-Time (2:50pm – 11pm or 10:50pm - 7am, Monday–Friday, OT/weekends as needed)

The Job You Will Perform:

Counting and stacking finished product Preference, but not required, Operating a Forklift and/or Clamp Truck Proper inspection of outgoing and incoming product and raw materials Reading factory orders Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment Utilizing basic shop math, inspecting Accurately completing quality and administrative documents and following

directions

* This person will also be assigned to clean-up functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap.

Manufacture corrugated material. Assistant Machine Operator and be prepared to promote to the next position

level when a vacancy becomes available.
