Lakeland Regional Health is seeking a Family Medicine Core Faculty Member with Obstetrics to help shape the next generation of physicians in our growing Family Medicine Residency Program . This is an exciting opportunity to combine clinical practice with teaching and mentorship in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Highlights include:
Position Highlights
- Serve as Core Faculty for a 24-resident program.
- Engage in full scope Family Medicine including inpatient, outpatient, pediatric, and maternity care .
- Provide nonsurgical obstetric care to patients in our Family Medicine Clinic and L+D Floor
- Participate in curriculum development, resident supervision, and scholarly activities.
- Collaborate on program growth and community engagement
- Work in a 910-bed hospital , home to one of the busiest Emergency Departments in the country.
- Dedicated continuity clinic and Women & Children’s Pavilion.
- Access to on-site research support and academic resources.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree with Board Certification in Family Medicine .
- Experience in obstetric care and deliveries
- Eligible for Florida medical licensure.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring residents.
- Commitment to evidence-based, full-spectrum family medicine.
