Primary Responsibilities

  • Operate winding machines in accordance with production schedules and work instructions
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all safety practices and wear required PPE at all times
  • Adhere to company policies, HSE standards, and quality procedures
  • Complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision
  • Support team operations and perform other duties as assigned

Job Duties

  • Work overtime and shift schedules as required
  • Stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift
  • Perform bending, stooping, and repetitive movements throughout the shift
  • Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Push and pull materials and equipment as needed
  • Read and follow basic drawings, instructions, and assembly procedures
  • Adapt to cross-training and support multiple areas of production
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Travel up to 10% as needed

Education and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of three years of verifiable work history
  • Ability to learn technical processes, repair, and assembly procedures
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and sound judgment
  • Demonstrated reliability, dependability, and consistent attendance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
