Ipsos is looking for confident and friendly individuals to join our team as Field Market Research Interviewers. In this role, you’ll be out and about across the UK, speaking directly with HGV drivers at truck stops and service areas to gather valuable insights.

This is an independent, flexible role where no two days are the same, it is perfect if you enjoy meeting new people and working outdoors.

What you’ll be doing

Approaching HGV drivers and inviting them to take part in a short survey

Conducting structured interviews (around 10–12 minutes)

Accurately recording responses using a digital device

Collecting valuable feedback that helps shape industry insights

Shifts available

Weekdays:

08:00–14:00, 11:00–17:00, 15:00–21:00

Saturdays:

08:00–14:00, 14:00–20:00

What we’re looking for

Someone who enjoys talking to people and can approach others with confidence

Comfortable working independently across different locations

Able to stay motivated, even when response rates are low

Happy to work a mix of early, late, and weekend shifts

Basic confidence using a tablet or similar device for recording answers

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
