Our client, a leading food manufacturing organization specializing in dairy products, is seeking dedicated Food Production Workers to join their dynamic team. As a Food Production Worker, you will be supporting various departments within the production process, contributing to the creation of high-quality cheese products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Grantsburg, WIPay Range: $16.50 - $22/hr
Shift: 1st, 2nd and 3rd
What's the Job?
- Packaging loaves of cheese on a rotational line in a fast-paced environment
- Monitoring machinery and ensuring the quality of the product
- Performing sanitation and cleaning of equipment and work areas
- Pulling cheese for production and operating shred machinery
- Supporting cheesemaking processes, including monitoring and maintaining equipment
What's Needed?
- No prior experience required; training provided
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs as needed
- Comfortable working in a hot, humid environment, or cold 40 degrees.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends
