This full-time appointment is anticipated at the Assistant Professor level, with consideration for Associate Professor based on experience. Minimum three years of demonstrated success teaching in an online asynchronous learning environment Demonstrated expertise in developing and delivering current, market-relevant, and engaging curriculum, assessments, and learning activities in an online-first LMS. Experience applying data-informed approaches to enhance student success and retention. Ability to engage collegially and collaboratively with faculty, staff, and professionals across disciplines. Committed to cultivating a workplace culture grounded in respect, openness, and constructive dialogue. Must reside in the United States. Preferred qualifications: Involvement in related professional and academic associations. Demonstrated ability to manage, support, and train adjuncts in an online environment. Responsibilities for this position: Develop, maintain, monitor, and teach online courses in the Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Digital Transformation, and Human Resources programs. Mentor adjunct faculty, staff, and other program stakeholders. Participate in service to the discipline and the institution, both internally and externally. Model professional and collegial behavior that cultivates mutual respect, trust, transparent communication, and appropriate confidentiality with faculty peers, staff, and university leadership.
