Our client, manufacturing and construction industry, is seeking a General Laborer to join their team. As a General Laborer, you will be part of the production support team, assisting with concrete molding work and material handling. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: General Laborer

Cable, WIPay Range: $25/hr
Shift: Fri-Sun 6am-6pm (paid for 40 hours)
What's the Job?
- Assist with working on concrete molds and filling them into various shapes, including septic tanks and retaining wall blocks
- Operate interior cranes, lifts, and power tools to handle heavy materials safely and efficiently
- Support the team in material handling and basic equipment operation
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment within a heated building
- Follow safety protocols, including wearing steel-toe footwear at all times
What's Needed?
- Ability to work in a heated environment with no air conditioning, opening garage doors as needed
- Willingness to work with heavy materials and use power tools when necessary
- Mechanical inclination or experience with equipment is a plus but not required
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
