Primary Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to produce parts within specified tolerances and production schedules
  • Perform in-process inspections to ensure quality standards and compliance are met
  • Set up machines, fixtures, and controls to regulate temperature, pressure, and speed
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment while following all company and HSE policies

Job Duties

  • Measure, mark, and record temperatures and reference points on materials and workpieces
  • Select, align, and secure fixtures; stamp position numbers as required
  • Input and adjust machine programs and controls to meet production requirements
  • Observe machine operations, identify issues, and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime
  • Assist with stenciling, cleaning, and supporting other operators to ensure smooth production flow
  • Train new employees and support cross-training across departments

Education and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting
  • Demonstrated reliability, positive attitude, and strong attendance record
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities within the company
