Join our hospitality team and help create a welcoming, clean, and comfortable experience for every guest. As a Houseperson, you play an important role in supporting our Housekeeping team and maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the hotel and surrounding property.

Classification: Non-Exempt

Position Summary:

The Houseperson supports the housekeeping operation by maintaining cleanliness throughout guest and public areas, assisting with guest requests, stocking supplies, and ensuring hotel standards are consistently upheld. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in providing exceptional service, works well in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys being part of a team dedicated to hospitality excellence.

Essential Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of hotel common areas and service areas Remove dirty linens, trash, and debris from guest floors and transport to

designated areas * Stock and replenish linen closets and housekeeping supplies on assigned floors Assist housekeeping team members with operational support as needed Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries Help maintain pool areas, outdoor spaces, and hotel grounds Move furniture and assist with room setup projects when needed Ensure safety standards and cleanliness expectations are consistently met Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while interacting

with guests and team members Support a culture of teamwork and guest satisfaction Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service and communication skills Dependable, team-oriented, and professional Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
