At Jushi Holdings Inc. ”) (CSE: JUSH) (OTCQX: JUSHF), we are shaping the future of the cannabis industry, the fastest growing jobs sector in the U.S. The Human Resources Manager is a key leadership role responsible for shaping the employee experience across a multi-site region encompassing both retail and manufacturing facilities. This role serves as a trusted partner to operational leaders, with a primary focus on employee relations, change management, and driving employee engagement. The successful candidate will lead complex investigations, coach leaders through organizational change, and build a culture where employees feel valued, heard, and motivated to perform.

WHAT YOU WILL DO Conduct sensitive, high-stakes investigations into employee relations matters such as harassment, discrimination, retaliation, ethical violations, and policy breaches. Provide coaching and training to leaders on effective conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, corrective action documentation, and fostering a respectful, inclusive work environment. Partner with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risk and ensure all employee relations matters are handled consistently, fairly, and in compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Partner with regional and site leadership to plan, communicate, and implement organizational changes, policy updates, system implementations, and process improvements. Equip managers with tools and training to lead their teams through change effectively, including how to address employee concerns, maintain productivity, and reinforce new behaviors. Serve as a liaison between field operations and corporate HR to ensure clear, consistent messaging during periods of transition. Develop and implement regional strategies that enhance employee well-being, engagement, and a positive workplace culture across all sites. Lead recognition programs, including Spark, Employee of the Month, and other engagement initiatives that reinforce company values. Partner with site leaders to create career-development touchpoints, mentorship opportunities, and internal mobility pathways that increase retention and motivation. Facilitate team-building activities, roundtables, and listening sessions to strengthen connections between employees and leadership. Partner with regional VPs, District Managers, and General Managers to align people strategies with business goals, with a focus on organizational health and team effectiveness. Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations (NLRA, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, etc.) across a multi-state footprint, particularly as they relate to employee relations and workplace investigations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and proactively adapt regional HR processes to remain compliant. Facilitate tailored training programs for leaders and front-line staff

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, Psychology, or a related field. 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Generalist or HR Manager role supporting multi-site operations. Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, including conducting complex, high-stakes investigations and providing leadership coaching. Proven experience in a unionized environment, including grievance handling, contract interpretation, and day-to-day labor relations. Strong background in change management, with the ability to lead through ambiguity and guide others through transition. Experience driving employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs, surveys, and action planning. Experience supporting both retail and manufacturing, distribution, or industrial client groups preferred. Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned region. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data (turnover, engagement, ER trends) into actionable people strategies.
