Organize external Recruiting and HR outreach activities with area High Schools, Colleges, Universities, and Professional Associations. Create and maintain a talent pipeline of external talent.
Externally: Actively pursue and organize activities and engagements with area schools and professional associations per the HR strategy. Represent the company positively to drive candidates to apply online.
Coordinate internal promoters to meet the students “where they are”.
Database (Pipeline) - Develop a database for external talent. Work with Marketing to develop communications to keep in regular contact with the talent in the database. (Internship Program - Enhance and run the internship program, to include networking activities for interns and leadership, mentor the intern-driven charity event, organize end-of-internship presentations, etc. Handle all intern recruiting.
Graduate Specialist Program - Recruit and track associates in the rotational development program. Recruiting Support - Provide on-site recruiting support, as needed, to ensure a great candidate experience.
Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Psychology, or related fields. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and drive own results. Minimum 3 years experience working in Recruiting or a Human Resources Department.
Minimum 3 years experience creating and maintaining external talent database systems.
Ability to easily network with others.
Ability to travel within the US, as needed, for career fairs and other external engagement events.
Salary range is $70,000 to $85,000 annually, plus bonus.
