Amentum is seeking dynamic and strong leaders for employment an Independent SURTASS Quality Assurance Analyst for SURTASS program home based out of Virginia Beach, VA. The candidate will be responsible for participating in the planning, execution and reporting of new and existing SURTASS operations. The Independent SURTASS Quality Assurance Analyst reports to the Program Manager, but will also have a reporting path directly to the Government (COR, Technical Lead, Functional Managers) The Independent SURTASS Quality Assurance Analyst will provide expertise on continuous process improvement strategies, risk management, organizational redesign, change management projects, and performance measures for complex business process engagements. Document adherence and compliance to both internal and external documents, references, and requirements. Develop policy and procedures to support contract execution in accordance with the SURTASS Statement of Work. (SOW) Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to facilitate process improvement. Track Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) delivery and compliance. Track performance per the Quality Review Program (QRP). Track and assist completing corrective actions from audits, surveillances, and RCA’s. Three (3) years’ experience conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Five (5) years' years’ experience conducting audits and surveillances. SECRET or higher Security Clearance Required Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Black or Master belt Compensation Details: $80,000 The compensation range or hourly rate listed for this position is provided as a good-faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role at the time this posting was issued.
