Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative I to join their team. As an Inside Sales Representative I, you will be part of the Sales Support department supporting the national account team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, proficiency in Excel, and knowledge of SAP, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Research and identify new items to meet program initiatives.
  • Prepare formal quotes using AutoQuotes and Excel, and develop materials for proposals, presentations, or program needs.
  • Set up vendors, NMRs, and contracts to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with National Accounts Sales to ensure timely project completion and coordination.
  • Utilize in-house reporting tools and SAP for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements.

What's Needed?

  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate to advanced level.
  • 1-2 years of experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Ability to research, analyze, and resolve customer and internal issues promptly.
