Our client, a leading healthcare organization specializing in cardiac care solutions, is seeking a dedicated Intake Operator to join their team. As an Intake Operator, you will be an essential part of the Operations Department supporting patient data processing and device management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate teamwork, dependability, and strong communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Intake Operator

Location

Deerfield, IL

Pay Range: $18

Shift: 2nd Shift, 12PM-8:30PM, Rotating schedule Monday - Friday, Tuesday - Saturday

What's the Job?

  • Follow HIPAA, ISO 13485, Joint Commission, and OSHA standards to ensure compliance and safety.
  • Adhere to all Work Instructions, SOPs, and safety requirements to maintain operational excellence.
  • Receive and process the Patch device, including de-kitting and verification of patient information.
  • Upload data from the Patch device to proprietary software tools accurately and efficiently.
  • Identify and communicate safety, quality, and process issues or concerns promptly.

What's Needed?

  • High school education or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum three months related experience in a medical device, manufacturing, or regulatory environment preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and data entry experience preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment supporting organizational objectives.
  • Good time management skills and flexibility in work assignments.
