Established robust practice with a supportive, collaborative team

This position is a mix of both clinic and procedures; clinics are located at the South Shore location as well as in Oak Creek

Diverse patient mix with a strong referral base from within the community and the surrounding area

You will enjoy the full breadth of procedures including Epidural Steroid Injections, Sympathetic Celiac Blocks, Sacroiliac Joint Injections, Facet Injections, Medial Branch Blocks (Cervical, Thoracic, Lumbar), Spine stims, etc.

Procedures will be done at the Aurora St. Luke's South Shore hospital, a well-established, respected community hospital who has served the south shore communities since 1958

Experienced staff includes RN Care Coordinator, Medical Assistant and Surgery Scheduler; full staff in the OR to assist, including RN, Rad Tech, etc.
