What you’ll do: Program Leadership: Lead cross-functional programs that drive operational excellence across lease lifecycle management, including payments, renewals, amendments, and terminations. Case Management Oversight: Oversee intake, triage, and resolution of Tower Ops cases, ensuring timely handling of landlord, vendor, and internal inquiries. Establish prioritization frameworks, and escalation paths to improve turnaround times and reduce backlog. Identify systemic issues from case trends and drive upstream fixes (process, system, or data-related) to eliminate repeat defects Complex Lease Payment & Reconciliation Management: Lead resolution of complex lease payment issues, including discrepancies, missed/duplicate payments, and contractual misalignment. Oversee end-to-end reconciliation activities to ensure alignment between lease terms, LMPS/system data, and financial outputs. Partner with Finance/Accounting to resolve variances, support accrual accuracy, and prevent financial leakage. Drive root cause analysis and implement controls to improve payment accuracy and reduce recurring defects. Data Quality: Own initiatives to improve lease data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across systems supporting lease administration Lead data cleanup efforts tied to abstraction errors, legacy data issues, and system migrations. Process & Performance Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance lease lifecycle management, payment accuracy, and operational efficiency. Financial & Risk Management: Support cost savings initiatives, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with SOX controls and lease obligations to mitigate financial and operational risk. Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Oversee vendor performance and drive accountability across external partners supporting abstraction, QA, and lifecycle operations. Ensure accountability through KPIs, service levels, and continuous improvement initiatives. Special Projects and Strategic Initiatives Drive measurable outcomes tied to cost savings, efficiency gains, and risk reduction.Lead Automation and digital transformation efforts Act as liaison across Tower Ops, Finance, Legal, and Network teams to ensure alignment and execution What you’ll need: Working knowledge of lease lifecycle management, including payments, amendments, renewals, and terminations. Ability to read, interpret, and apply lease terms and contractual language to support accurate lease administration and payment execution. Strong understanding of financial processes such as invoice validation, payment processing, and reconciliation. Working knowledge of lease package submissions from Site Acquisition (SAQ) vendors, including review of documentation for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with contractual and system requirements.
