As a Licensed Salon Manager at Hair Cuttery, you will lead a busy, client-focused salon within the Beauty & Wellness industry, overseeing daily operations, inspiring a team of stylists, and ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience. Working in the Management & Leadership department, you will manage schedules, coach and mentor stylists, monitor performance, and help your team grow through ongoing training programs. You will support the delivery of a full range of hair services—including cuts, coloring, and styling—while maintaining high standards of technical quality, safety, and sanitation in line with state regulations and Hair Cuttery policies. In this hands-on role, you will balance behind-the-chair service with leadership responsibilities, such as driving sales goals, managing inventory and product ordering, supporting local marketing initiatives, and promoting retail products that complement the services provided.
