We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our expanding ABA team across multiple Kansas locations.

Schedule & Work Expectations:
- 40 hours per week
- 30 billable hours + 10 non-billable hours
- Bonus opportunities for billing above 30 hours/week
- Availability until 8:00 PM CST at least 3 evenings per week
- Administrative scheduling support to help maintain balance
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and update treatment goals as needed
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards, state regulations, and company policies
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Kansas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience supervising RBTs and managing ABA programs
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Passion for making a positive impact in children’s lives
