About the Inventory Management Team

You will be part of the Inventory Planning organization. This role will be responsible for the strategic planning of inventory positions to drive sales, manage inventory turn and meet or exceed financial targets for your area of responsibility. Inventory associates are innovators, optimizers and problem solvers who are constantly seeking opportunities to move the business forward. You will collaborate with other business functions to support a product strategy intended to meet our customer's needs. Overview of the Distribution Analyst role You will ensure that the store stock on hand is correct to support sales. You will translate assortment and buy plans into distribution parameters. You will allocate merchandise to stores, analyze and adjust store parameters to maximize sales and profit. Responsibilities Develop distribution strategies and utilize JDA to maximize in-stock position Translate assortment and buy plans into distribution parameters Analyze stock to sales and adjust store parameters to increase or decrease product flow Work with visual floor set to ensure in stock and presentation quantity by location Manage new store planned inventory levels to ensure in-stock store opening Recommend to Planner and merchant distribution strategies to maximize business Monitor and resolve inventory control issues with on hand accuracy and data integrity Ensure stores maintain appropriate in-stock services levels weeks on hand

Create and update store groups to support distribution strategy

Criteria ~1-2 yrs retail planning or distribution experience ~ Proficient with Excel and other Microsoft office applications ~ Have a desire and willingness to work collaboratively in a group

Possess strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines

This role will be onsite Monday-Thursday with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
