Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in metal fabrication, is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting various processes from forming and welding to inspection and packaging. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Operate various machines used for cutting, bending, and punching metal parts
- Assist in manufacturing components such as doors, shelves, and cabinet parts
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Support team members in ensuring production goals are met
- Participate in training to develop skills in machine operation and safety procedures
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal formats
- Physical ability to lift and move a minimum of 50 pounds independently and with team support
- Basic understanding of measurement units and tools
- Willingness to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive movements
