Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in metal fabrication, is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting various processes from forming and welding to inspection and packaging. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:30 am - 4:00 pm

What's the Job?

  • Operate various machines used for cutting, bending, and punching metal parts
  • Assist in manufacturing components such as doors, shelves, and cabinet parts
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
  • Support team members in ensuring production goals are met
  • Participate in training to develop skills in machine operation and safety procedures

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal formats
  • Physical ability to lift and move a minimum of 50 pounds independently and with team support
  • Basic understanding of measurement units and tools
  • Willingness to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive movements
