Our client, a food manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their team. As the Maintenance Manager, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting manufacturing and production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands‑on technical expertise, and the ability to drive continuous improvement, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range: $90,000 - $100,000

What’s the Job?

  • Lead and continuously improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime
  • Supervise, coach, and develop a team of maintenance employees across multiple shifts
  • Troubleshoot and oversee repairs of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing, welding, and PLC‑controlled systems
  • Manage maintenance budgets, schedules, contractors, and outside service providers
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, GMPs, SOPs, and regulatory requirements

What’s Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, including 2+ years of leadership experience
  • Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, mechanical systems, and industrial equipment
  • Proven experience developing and managing preventive maintenance programs
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment with physical demands and variable schedules
