You'll prepare and review journal entries, capital account statements, investor notices, and manage capital call and distribution processes. You'll oversee financial statement reviews, coordinate with auditors and tax teams during year-end, and respond to client and ad hoc requests. You'll lead process improvements, manage competing deadlines, and train and develop junior team members. The company also observes 10 paid holidays each year, and financial wellness is supported through a 401(k) plan with a company match (subject to eligibility). Health benefits include medical, dental, vision, mental health support and additional ancillary insurance plans. Additional benefits include paid parental leave and a hybrid work schedule, promoting both personal and professional fulfillment. You bring 5+ years of progressive experience in private equity, public accounting, or a mix of alternative asset and public accounting roles, supported by a degree in Accounting. You have strong technical and analytical skills in fund accounting and administration, with advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, Outlook, Word, and Investran. You’re capable of leading and mentoring junior team members and are flexible to work overtime when needed to meet deadlines. Sustainability is integral to our strategy and operations. Our sustainability depends on us building and maintaining long-term relationships with all our stakeholders - including our employees, clients, and local communities - while also reducing our impact on our natural environment.
