Manufacturing Parts Assembler - 2nd shift

Experienced full-time Fabricator

needed in Tallapoosa, Ga for day/night shifts. Responsible for welding and fabricating structural steel component using MIG and/or stick welding while following blueprint and work instructions.

Tallapoosa, GA Job Shift: Day (6am-6:30pm)/ Night (6pm-6:30am) Pay Rate: 22/HR Key Duties: Set up fabrication tools and equipment Measure, cut, tack, weld, grind, and clean materials Read blueprints and weld symbols Operate welders, torches, drills, saws and other shop equipment Inspect finished welds for quality and accuracy Maintain equipment and keep work area clean Report equipment and keep work area clean Report equipment or quality issues to supervisor Qualifications Minimum of 6 months fabrication experience preferred Production welding experience is a plus AWS certification helpful but not required Ability to pass welding test/ certification Ability to read measuring tools and perform basic math Knowledge of fabrication equipment and hand tools required Basic math and measuring skills required Able to work overtime/weekends when needed Knowledge of steel alloys, welding material, and fabrication tools preferred If interested and meet the requirements please give our office a call at or come by and onboard with us at Labor Finders Newnan 211 Bullsboro Drive Ste. 1 Newnan, Ga 30263 #JAZZHR1
