POSITION DETAILS

Position Summary

Assemble and test a wide range of reducing and pressure control valves. Follow up IOM manual, Reading and Interruption test instruction apply safety practices during testing set up. Work in a team environment meeting quality standards and working efficiency. Maintain the work area using 6s methods. Overtime is require at times

Principal Activities

Perform specified assembly on company product based on iom instructions

Mount or set up units or components to be tested per engineering specifications.

Check the test setup, piping and fixtures for leaks and pressure ratings and document test data.

Make necessary adjustment to product during the testing.

Comply with established time standard/safety practice.

Maintain work area equipment / supplies to ensure maintain 6s work environment.

Figure out the issues come from assembly line and find solution.

Report to the supervisor any issues that they cannot handle.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Test experience

Able to interpret instructions and trouble shooting

Able to read drawings

Able to use hand tools impacts wrenches.

Knowledge of problem solving

EHS awareness

Flexible on overtime

Education & Experience

HS Diploma/GED or equivalent

2+ years of mechanical assembly experience

2+ years of test experience
