The Pitches and Proposals Coordinator develops written responses to requests for firm credentials from clients and prospects. Under the direction of the Senior Manager of Pitches & Proposals, and in coordination with the business development team, the candidate is expected to utilize technology tools (including artificial intelligence and proposal generation software) to fully leverage the firm’s collateral database and prior pitches and proposals, and to create effective content that distinguishes the firm and helps win new business. This is a non-exempt position with a hybrid schedule, requiring you to be in the office three days a week or more if special events are taking place. RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for periodically reviewing, updating and maintaining pitch master slides and RFP boilerplate documents Cataloging final pitches and RFP responses, and coordinating with the firm’s Marketing Collateral Manager and business development team to ensure that standard marketing content for each practice (including practice descriptions and experience lists) is regularly updated JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or English Minimum of two years of relevant experience in professional services or law firm marketing and/or business development Gifted written communication and strong verbal skills are critical to success as are collegial, collaborative and team player attributes Candidate should be able to handle competing deadlines and pressure environments with poise. Intellectual curiosity and a growth mindset are essential Candidate should have strong to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and PowerPoint. Knowledge of proposal software platforms (e.g., QorusDocs) is optional The Compensation range for this role is up to 31.25 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
