Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting shipping, receiving, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Material Handler

Location

Orchard Park, NY

Pay Range: $18/hour

Shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday

What's the Job?

  • Coordinate, stage, load, and unload finished products and raw materials efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate warehouse inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials in stock.
  • Track inventory locations and quantities, updating records in Epicor system.
  • Prepare finished stock for shipment, including pulling, packing, and securing products.
  • Operate forklifts and trucks safely to move materials within the warehouse.

What's Needed?

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of warehousing and shipping/receiving experience preferred.
  • Forklift Experience (preferred)
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
