Our client, in Swanton VT is seeking operators to join their team. As an operator, you will assist the production line in the completion of projects. They make medical supplies.

Job Title: Production Operator

Location

St. Albans VT

Pay Range: 23-25 an hour.

Hours: Fri, Sat, Sun, 7am-730pm or 7pm-730am

Job Description

Assist in making medical grade supplies on the lines, including the set-up, operation, tear-down and cleaning of equipment and completion of applicable documentation. that needs to be done. You are trained.

Perform job functions in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health
Administration (OSHA) guidelines. Ensure compliance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations and Current
Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To perform this position successfully, an individual must satisfactorily perform each essential duty. Reasonable accommodations

1. Visually inspect the product during operation, observe equipment and process for proper operation, seek maintenance
assistance for problems and recommend improvements.

2. Set up and run Production equipment.

3. Assists with process/product specific cleaning activities for lines and equipment as required and keep work area
in a clean and orderly condition.

4. Ensure all products are properly labeled and stored to include samples and waste containers/bags.

5. Document material runs via Batch Production Records, In-Process Sheets, Log Books, and Time Sheets.

6. Assist in training new personnel in the manufacturing operation under the guidance of the supervisor.

7. Perform calibration on scales, line meters, coating ovens, micrometers, etc. as instructed.

8. Performs daily house-keeping (cleaning, organizing, stocking) activities to support and run readiness for
production lines.

9. Performs post run reconciliation and waste-handling activities.

10. Places materials and/or processing aids on/in roll stands, cabinets, and/or equipment

11. Prepares components and/or processing aids for introduction to the process.

12. Assist with check-in and returns of material for batch runs.

13. Perform other duties as assigned.
