Compensation

Hourly Rate: $30.97 - $34.53, commensurate with experience and qualifications

Responsibilities

Responsibilities


  • Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring and testing instruments in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specifications
  • Service and troubleshoot various equipment including motors, advanced hydraulic and pneumatic systems, welding equipment, pumps, conveyor systems, and production machines
  • Prepare and commission new machines for operation following established protocols and procedures
  • Perform regular technical testing to ensure equipment safety and operational efficiency
  • Collect and analyze machine operation data to identify improvement opportunities
  • Recommend and implement actions to reduce machine downtime and improve reliability
  • Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and maintain accurate equipment records

What You Need To Succeed:

  • Preferred Two-year Associate degree and 2-4 years' work experience required.
  • Ability to utilize a computer to search for parts and enter work into a CMMS

  • Passing a pre-employment physical including a baseline test of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds
