Starting Base Pay: $19.00 per hour
Please note that this role is ON-SITE in our Salt Lake Distribution Center
Resolve Customer Agents issues promptly.
Work on Customer requests involving expiration dates on lenses, lot numbers, adjusting shipments for customer needs, and processing Saturday deliveries.
Help process international orders needing extra documentation.
High school diploma (or GED equivalent)
Call Center experience is a plus.
