Pertemps Wolverhampton is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established client for an experienced MIG Welder to join their growing team in the Wolverhampton area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled welder looking for stable, full-time hours with a reputable company that values quality workmanship and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities Carrying out high-quality MIG welding to production and engineering standards

Setting up welding equipment and preparing materials for fabrication

Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications

Measuring, marking out, and laying out components accurately

Ensuring all work meets quality and safety requirements

Maintaining a clean and organised work area

Requirements Previous MIG welding experience is essential

Ability to set up, measure, mark out, and lay out work independently

Experience reading and working from technical drawings

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team

Desirable Skills Experience within fencing fabrication

Structural steel welding experience

Fabrication experience

Working Hours & Pay Monday to Friday

7:00am – 4:00pm

£14.00 per hour

Overtime may be available depending on business requirements
