Our client, a leading Industrial Manufacturer, is seeking a Molding Operator to join their team. As a Molding Operator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Manufacturing Team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and a reliable work ethic which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?

Apply various methods and techniques to mold products using hydraulic and robotic equipment.

Use manual presses or molding equipment to compact mixes into specific shapes.

Form and mold basic shapes according to production specifications.

Monitor equipment performance to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace while following all operational procedures.

Experience operating hydraulic, robotic, or manual press equipment.

Ability to follow technical procedures for shaping and compacting materials.

Capability to work the evening shift (13:30 - 22:00).

Strong manual dexterity and physical stamina for production tasks.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or molding environment preferred.
