Practice at the top of your license while having work/life balance!Lone Star Neonatology is seeking board-certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioners to join our busy practice covering 7 Medical City facilities in the DFW area. The practice prides itself in delivering quality excellence, strong clinical skills and work-life balance. The NICUs range from Level II-IV, majority being Level III facilities and have a continuous MFM referral base. Our collaborative team consists of skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioners and Neonatologists covering several Medical City NICUs in the Dallas Metroplex. You would join a collegial team of NICU specialists who are dedicated to achieving the best patient outcomes by implementing and practicing evidence- based medicine.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Schedule is a rotation of:
- 24-hour inhouse coverage (majority) with physician on call
- 9-hour coverage at facilities with 24-hour inhouse physician coverage
- Proficiency in procedures: PICC line, intubations, etc. preferred
