Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in Jefferson City, MO. Minimum Requirements

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program; Bachelor’s or Doctoral degrees acceptable if meeting state licensure requirements. Active Missouri OT license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience with home health settings preferred. Experience with OASIS and HCHB is preferred. Ability to perform SOC, initial evaluations, reassessments, and routine visits. Willingness to travel within assigned coverage area counties: Moniteau, Morgan, Miller, Camden, Cole, and Boone.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous home health occupational therapy experience. Familiarity with OASIS documentation and HCHB electronic health record. Experience managing caseloads in rural or multi-county coverage areas.

Assignment Details

Shift hours: 0800-1600. Work days: Monday through Friday with schedule indicating 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Weekly hour expectation: 36 hours guaranteed. Productivity expectation: 30 points. Coverage area includes Moniteau, Morgan, Miller, Camden, Cole, and Boone counties. Candidate must be able to travel between patient homes within these counties. Mileage reimbursement provided between visits from first patient to last patient. On-call and weekend requirement: no.
