Our client, a leading organization in inventory management and customer service solutions, is seeking a dedicated Onsite Service Specialist to join their team. As an Onsite Service Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Operations Department supporting client engagement and solution optimization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive within this dynamic environment.

Location

Whitesboro, NY

Pay Range: $22.50

Shift: 8am-4:30pm

What's the Job?

  • Manage MSC ControlPoint Solutions, including VMI, vending, and storeroom programs.
  • Perform ordering, product put-away, and inventory optimization activities.
  • Promote customer loyalty through solution support and execution of the CARE program (Clean, Arrange, Relationships, Exceed Expectations).
  • Maintain 6S standards across all solution equipment and areas.
  • Log daily activities in Salesforce (SFDC) and ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained.

What's Needed?

  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and support inventory management processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management solutions and equipment maintenance.
  • Proficiency in using routing software and Salesforce (SFDC) is a plus.
