Sunday to Thursday Pay : £13.10

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Goods In Team Member to join a pharmaceutical logistics operation. You will be responsible for receiving, checking, and processing incoming deliveries of pharmaceutical and healthcare products, ensuring they are handled accurately and stored correctly in line with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

This role plays an important part in maintaining stock accuracy and ensuring products are available for distribution to customers safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and unload incoming deliveries safely and efficiently.

Check deliveries against delivery notes and purchase orders.

Inspect products for damage, shortages, or discrepancies.

Accurately book stock into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Use handheld scanners and warehouse systems to process goods.

Label and store products in the correct warehouse locations.

Ensure products are stored under the correct environmental conditions.

Follow stock rotation procedures.

Report any damaged, missing, or non-conforming goods to the appropriate team.

Assist with stock counts and inventory checks when required.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily operational targets.

Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), GDP guidelines, and company policies.

Skills and Experience

Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.

Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Basic computer skills.

Good communication skills.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to perform manual handling duties, including lifting and moving stock.

Desirable

Previous Goods In or Warehouse Operative experience.

Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Experience working within a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated environment.
