We are growing fast to meet the needs of our growing community. Albany ENT and Allergy will soon be opening our newest state-of-the-art clinical practice site serving the Saratoga Springs community. We are seeking an Otolaryngologist to support our growing patient population. Requirements
Board-eligible/Board-certified in Otolaryngology - Head and neck surgery
Committed to high-quality, patient-centered care
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Compensation
The starting salary for this position is $350,000, with potential earnings up to $399,000 in year 1 when factoring in bonus and benefits. Compensation grows in subsequent years with additional bonus eligibility, a comprehensive benefits package, and a clear pathway to partnership. A detailed compensation range and projections will be shared during the interview process.
