UTMB Health has hospitals and emergency departments on four campuses , a network of primary and specialty care clinics , urgent care and walk-in services, and collaborations with physicians throughout the region. UTMB provides all levels of care throughout Galveston and Brazoria counties, the Bay Area, and Southeast Texas.

UTMB Health offers Clinical Faculty opportunities in an Out-Patient only setting. We are actively recruiting Family Medicine and Internal Medicine Physicians interested in an Out-Patient only clinical setting. We have practice opportunities available at our Primary and Specialty Health Care Clinics located just south of Houston in Friendswood, Clear Lake, League City, Texas City, Lake Jackson and Angleton, Texas. Our Primary and Specialty care centers offer the latest state-of-the-art care in a peaceful and healing setting to better serve our valued patients. These clinical faculty opportunities offer a unique practice experience that provides exceptional patient care and a superior work/life balance for the provider. All residents and in-practice physicians are encouraged to apply!

Candidate Requirements:

  • M.D. or D.O. degree.

  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility.

  • Current, unrestricted Texas State Medical License.

  • We are unable to accept Visa candidates for these opportunities.

Income Potential: $240,000 - $260,000

Obtainable RVU Bonus Package

Vacation: 22 days, increased with years of service
