RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Surface Experts Outside Sales Representative, your job is to find and build relationships with customers who work in a variety of industries, including property management, hotels, construction, and facilities maintenance. Our services are unique, so it will be your job to educate and build a relationship with our customers. We are looking for someone who is not intimidated by walking into a construction trailer or leasing office, and who lives out our core values of Serving Others, Being a Problem Solver, and Trusting the Process. We are a small, fast-growing team and would love to have the right teammate join us in our next phase of expansion.In the Field Daily Meeting with contacts/customers at their location. Following up phone calls, texts, and emails. Visiting a variety of industries including Property Management, Hotels, Builders, etc. Customer Relationship Development Educating on Surface Experts capabilities and limitations Earning the trust of our customers Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Brainstorming and researching new customer opportunities Follow Sales Process Memorizing sales scripts Documenting sales activities in CRM; tracking a client from lead to Sale Reporting data accurately daily/weekly Planning and executing sales strategy for territory
