We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Outside Sales Team Lead to lead our direct marketing team, with a primary focus on community events, fairs, festivals, and home shows, along with canvassing support. This role is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of Outside Sales Reps who generate qualified leads and set appointments for our In-Home Sales Consultants. You’ll play a critical role in driving brand presence in local communities while building a high-performing, energetic team that thrives on connection, performance, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Outside Sales Reps focused on canvassing, events and direct marketing (fairs, festivals, home shows) Drive team performance against lead generation and appointment-setting goals Work in the field as a player-coach, supporting event execution and canvassing efforts Plan and oversee daily team activities, including event schedules and outreach efforts Track performance, ensure lead quality, and maintain accurate reporting Support hiring and foster a positive, high-energy team culture

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver’s license Proven ability to build, coach, and motivate teams Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in field and in event environments Basic technology experience; mobile devices, tablets, industry specific software CRMs Prior experience in events/field marketing, canvassing, or promotions
