We're hiring a licensed pharmacist for a contract position where you’ll use your clinical expertise to ensure the safe and thoughtful distribution of medications to individuals navigating a range of physical and mental health challenges. Minimum Requirements:
- Must have State License to Apply (Utah pharmacy license required).
- Minimum 1 year hospital pharmacy experience preferred, with experience dispensing for ICU, NICU, OR, ED, or behavioral health populations preferred.
- Experience with Pyxis and CIISafe required.
- Experience with Meditech, DoseEdge, RXMS, or similar pharmacy documentation systems preferred.
- Experience using VigiLanz or similar surveillance/intervention software required.
- Demonstrated ability to manage pharmacy technicians independently for portions of a shift.
- BLS or ACLS preferred but not required.

- Facility Type: Hospital.
- Shift Name: Nights.
- Shift Details: Nights 2100-0700.
- Schedule Pattern: 7 on / 7 off schedule (works seven consecutive days then seven days off).
- Typical Shift Length: 10 hours.
- Documentation and systems: Meditech, DoseEdge, RXMS, BD Pyxis; VigiLanz.
- Role expectations: Work independently with one pharmacy technician for approximately 5.5 hours of the 10-hour shift. Technician management skills required.
